I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've never had a problem getting an appointment on the exact day and at the exact time I want here. I never have to cancel any of my plans for my appointment, it's great.
