They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. The ladies are all pretty easy on the eyes too! If you do have to wait for your stylist, which is rare, the other ladies take time to talk to you and keep you entertained.

I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Village Hair as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was VERY pleased with Alison, best cut I've had in years!!
