Horrible with children. Insulted me and my child continually through entire haircut. I understand it is challenging cutting kids hair who have a hard time sitting still. My 6-year-old is afraid of the clippers. This woman told my son he was a bad boy for not sitting still. She complained continually that it was going to take a long time although the cut only took 20 minutes. I asked her not to use clippers because my son is afraid of them but she insisted, then told my son to stop complaining when he said he didn't like them. When he cried and said the clippers hurt she told him he needed to grow up and stop acting like a baby. I suggested that it would help if she stopped talking down to him. She handled him roughly and told me that if her children had acted like that they would get a spanking. In an earlier experience with the same woman she told me that my son needed to be put on Ritalin. When my son asked for ... child continually through entire haircut. In an earlier experience with the same woman she told me that my son needed to be put on Ritalin. When my son asked for a lollipop she refused. My son is not a bad child, he simply is afraid of the clippers and isn't accustomed to being bullied, especially by an adult. I told the woman as I left that respect is a two-way street. She was rude, insulting, disrespectful and mean. Take your children here at your own risk.
