This clinic is fully staffed which makes things run smooth. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
