I was introduced to Carrie after an extensive life of trauma and tragedy. She coached me through life for many years and I can tell you from experience...she is the best in the business. She helped me to build up my confidence and make the right choices without ever making me feel like she was telling me what to do -- she merely guided me with her compassion and expertise thereby allowing me to discover the right path for myself. Her work dynamic is key to her success...therapist and client with an open dialogue discovering (the client's) issues and resolving them. I've never met a therapist (and believe I've met many) that is more genuinely concerned with the treatment of their client.
