all this staff tries to do is get you to purchase more expensive add ons. The Dr. makes recommendations based on his own rx and experience. They are decieptful and should not be allowed to rip people off like that. Don't expect a refund when the glasses they give you are bad. They are extremely deceiptful. I would rather go to Walmart. Better yet I found a site online that you can get better glasses for a lot less. This place is a rip off

The Dr at this office really needs to train his staff on what professionalism is. I myself work in the healthcare field and I would never have made the mistakes his staff made. I would not tell my patients that the reason their glasses take three weeks to process is because they are being sent to a "prison" to be made, I would tell my clients that the outside lab that we deal with at this time of year is heavey with work and thats the soonest we can get them back. When I called three weeks later to find out if my glasses are in yet, his staff tells me no that they are not in yet. I ask when will they get there, all they can tell me is "I'm not sure, hopefully by this Friday"(I called on a Monday). When I dismiss my patients that have lab work pending the first thing I have ready for them is a return date and then they are scheduled to return accordingly. It's upsetting that they can't even give me a clear date when my case is going to be ready for delivery... Not very professional, Not very professional at all! Visit this office knowing your glasses are being made and handled by true professional inmates of the great SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY PRISONS.
