I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients can express their thoughts freely and work towards their goals. Individual counseling provided to women and college students, specializing in life transitions, depression/anxiety, trauma, post partum depression, balancing work/school and family, single parenting, relationship issues, and more. Group therapy for women also provided. Couples counseling provided for Spanish speaking couples and premarital group package is available.
