In addressing client issues, I consider the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. My desire is to work from the inside-out, focusing on the deep, underlying issues that keep a person from healthy relationships with God, self, and others. Deep, lasting change can be a difficult and sometimes slow process. I try to provide an atmosphere where you will feel safe, where you can fully express what is going on internally, and where we can face the difficult issues together. I desire to communicate your inherent value, and that you experience both honesty and compassion in our sessions. Although I counsel a wide variety of issues, I have specific passions for premarital and marital counseling, and for those who have experienced sexual abuse, violation, or shame. Though I come from a Christian perspective, I respect the beliefs and values of each individual. Feel free to call or email with questions.
