They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was.

My initial appointment with Dr. Howell ran a little late, but not too much of an incovenience. Dr. Howell was very nice and easy to talk with. She did my surgery with new robot at the hospital. The robot was suppose to speed my recovery and it sure seemed to. Dr. Howell said it would be a about a week before I was back to normal after a little discomfort. I was only sore the day after and was back to my normal schedule literaly three days later. I am very happy with results...only wish I would have had the surgery done sooner.

I felt the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The office was clean and comfortable. There was appropriate follow up on lab tests and exam findings. Dr. Howell was attentive and listened fully to my issues.

I was disappointed, however, when I asked for a referral for a particular type of surgery. She stated she could do it as well. I had the subconscious feeling that I was being "rushed" despite the fact that this procedure was what I wanted. After reviewing the materials at home, and doing some investigation, I found that Dr Howell was not, in fact, certified to do the procedure I was looking for. She was certified in a comparable, but not nearly as effective, therapy. This is not what I wanted.

I have sinced switch to a provider that is certified in multiple procedures for my condition and has given me the pros and cons of each. I now feel fully informed.
