I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest friends and it helped me feel relaxed immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage
Did you feel too exposed during your massage?
Not at all. They were very careful and respectful
Did the massage therapist end your session early?
Not at all! They gave me my full massage, and it was fantastic!
