Extremely disappointing experience! I called the office for complimentary consultation, had to wait for 6-7 weeks before being seen. I reached the office 5 minute before the scheduled time, filled in paper work & then the ordeal started. I waited for more than an hr, asked a few times if I should reschedule but no satisfactory answer. During my 'over-an- hr-wait" I saw at least 6 people walking in the office, few minutes of wait time & then ushered in. I was the only one sitting in the corner with everybody appearing too busy for me. Finally, after an hr and fifteen minute, a lady comes out, saying that there's still some wait. When I told her that I've been waiting for more than an hr, she rudely said "our doctor is very busy". (I felt that perhaps I'm the only one with nothing better to do).
I left the office after wasting 2-3 hrs of my day, with the promise never to go back. I feel that if doctors are too bust to see new patients they should make it clear on their website, 'cos it's not just them who're busy, we all are!
