The people have been friendly enough to myself & family, as well as treating my Grandma decent. However, when it comes to the importance of her Therapy, we have been struggling with having her wraps for her legs being placed on several times. It has been & still is an issue. The family is all in the same page knowing the importance of her treatment, but it seems to cover their own, that we get told the family should be on the same page. They don't make their phone calls that they have said they would either, to help coax Grandma with placing them on if she happens to not want them, cause she forgets why she needs them. What do I have to do to PROVE families on same page here bring each individual in at same time to have a family meeting. Maybe a conference call with each one will be sufficient (?) It does make a person wonder if since their beds aren't full there and her stay is suppose to be for Therapy only, is this happening so her stay ends up longer? So frustrating. My Grandmas struggles are enough with out having to battle this one thing. Now we are down to only 3 days left before she sees her doctor & this is still an issue.
