PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOU FAMILY HERE!!!!!!!!!! This facility and staff do not take care of their patients nor care what the patient themselves want or not want. The facility is dirty, floors are sticky, food is always cold and not served until 6 or 7 pm in the evenings, and bathrooms are not clean. Staff is uncaring and rude. Patients have diapers or depends placed on them and sit with wet or dirty for hours at a time. On a particular individual that is on oxygen, the machine itself was out of oxygen (no moisture) and was just breathing the air back in. HOW GOOD COULD THIS BE FOR SOMEONE????
A lady passed in a room, and no one could tell you anything about her. Like they didn't even know she had passed or cared..
Multiple calls and complaints have been made to the administrator, and even to the nurses but nothing seems to matter OR handled any differently.. I just don't understand why people are not cared about or paid closer attention to.
These people deserve more than they are getting in return....
