Windsor Gardens of Golden Hills is now called Golden Hills Subacute and Rehab Center. We are a tri-level care center with a 64-bed Skilled Nursing, a 35-bed SubAcute and an Outpatient Therapy unit. Please choose another facility for your loved ones. Recently cited on two counts. Not at all what it is represented to be. Lost my loved one under their 'care'. For profit and poor oversight and care. Physicians are practically non-entities.
