When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff wasn't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. My overall experience with this provider was not very good I wouldn't send my DOG there!!! it was DIRTY DISGUSTING < WORDS CAN NOT EXPLAIN < THEY HAD NO GLOVES NO SANITARY CLEANER it was like a jail who's screaming in the halls at 10pm at night, the floors the bathroom windows the germs flying around in this place OH MY GOD!!!!!! I would rate this place a ZERO smelled like urine terrible!!!!!

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated.
