The place was filthy, my feet stuck to the floor in the room. If the floor in the room was that filthy... imagine what the kitchen looked like, I would not eat there! The room was small and crowded, the two beds were facing each other, never saw anything like it before. The equipment in the room was antiquated and worn out. I didn't stick around to find what kind rehab facility they had!

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
