This place is unprofessional and does not provide adequate care for their patients. If you need something done it takes at least 30 minutes before they respond. They day I admitted my father no one came to get his medical information of officially check him in for 2 hrs, so I had to go find the admissions coordinator myself. My father was there for 1 week and his health declined due to the lack of medical support and care. They dislocated his hip rolling him over in bed and never contacted me regarding the injury. They let him sit in bed with his dislocated for 7 hrs before they x rayed it even though it was clearly evident by looking at his leg it was dislocated. When I called to find out how it happened no one knew anything. He spent 8 days in St Peter's Hospital for pneumonia and a wound on his rear end that both got worse at Willow Creek. On top of everything they never contacted us to see if my father was ok after he left.

They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort.
