Horrible staff

I am not happy at all for the services they are providing for my mother. My sister has walked into my mothers room on two occasions and found pills in her cup. We were told she just did not take them yet and another time they did not have a reason. There is one nurse that gives her the meds by spoon and they all should be doing this. They do not answer our questions when we ask anything or give us two different stories. I think some of the nurses are very rude and nasty. I walked in one weekend and was very upset my mother was in so much pain because she did not get out of bed and we were told they were shorthanded nobody even bothered to rub the lotion on her foot to relieve some of the pain until I said something.
