They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the Administrator, John McNea, that I am putting my love one in his facility.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did this provider rush your appointment?
Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
