First impressions say a lot and so far they have not been good.
Asked that diapers be changed and they were not changed until 3.5 hours later.
No soap in the shared bathroom.
No available towels, no wash cloths.
Food not prepared for the needs of the patient; had to request it.
Family needs to be a constant presence/advocate for their loved one.
