The H.R. department specifically Amanda was the rudest person I have ever met. Very inappropriate with others. Greg the administrator always has his door closed unless H. R. Amanda is in his office and then they are being loud and inappropriate to the point of I can never approach and discuss my family member. I am at this time looking for another placed for my family. I do believe that this should be addressed and I will be contacting the ombudsman.

All of the personnel and caregivers at this location gave the kindest and most helpful care for my sister, Charlotte Montoya, during her brief stay in June, 2011. They allowed us to visit her and to be with her when she died. They gave her the utmost dignity and showed the same concern and care for us, her family and friends. I am very glad we chose this facility to care for my sister.
