My brother was at this center and mentally not able to care for himself and they discharged him to the streets with no meds. And no way for someone to care for his ostomy bag. He was lost for three weeks with no meds and no food and no bag. This caused him to have severe mental problems and ended in hospital for serious life threatening surgery and his side cut open again and a new port for another ostomy bag. So sad. Please don't take your love ones there. I give them rating of 0.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
