We caught 6 medication errors - who knows how many we missed. 5 of the errors occurred after we complained. We found other patients' personal information (files/folders) in both of the rooms where my mom stayed. She was moved to another room abruptly late one night (without telling her why or informing the family members), and then gave us two different stories as explanation. They automatically treated my mom as if she had Alzheimer's, even though it's easy to discern that she is cogntively unimpaired. The urine and feces smeared toilet took 30 minutes and 3 staff to finally get cleaned; my mom had to hold it until then. We watched the "therapy" dog run loose unmonitored and deficate in the hall - we had to inform staff to get it cleaned. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never visit them again.
