They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
