The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.this is the worst nursing home I ever saw.the curtains in the bedroom had blood on them . I wanted too throw up. the paint was peeling off the wall never saw anything like it at all,, I went too water my girlfriend plant. there was pee in the toilet, the bathroom stunk so bad, I almost lost it,, your food is horrible, I sure wouldn't feed it too a dog.. staff was okay, but when you ask for something too drink it takes forever,, Iam so glad my best friend is comming home.. what a horrible place,, Iam sure the air conditioner need a good cleaning,, it was a horrible experience...
