My sister has been in this nursing home for over 12 years and has almost no care it so bad. She doesn't remember the last time she was bathed and asked me to call from FL to help her get a bath! The food is terrible and she gets infections all the time.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
