The staff is rude, and unless you stay on top of things, they don't look after your loved ones like you would expect a nursing home to do. I am very disappointed with the service received here. One of the nurses couldn't even hear that well, how can she hear the patients? Receptionist are just as rude. After looking up this facility they received a 2/5 from the Department of Health and Human Services. 4.2.15.
