The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
