They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES. I'VE CALLED ATLEAST 6 TIMES IN A ROW ALREADY AND STILL NO ANSWER!
