I visited during a week day and all seemed great. The food is the one exception
Nobody could get healthier eating it.
Went 9 days ago on a weekend and it was another pla be. I walked to F hallway and asked the woman in the hall" how is Dwayne doing? She doesn't have the temperament to be anRN in a fa bility likes this. She answered me very harshly" I've never met you before." I said nicely I am Dwaynes aunt. She says " he doesn't want to get up. Finally after hours hanging a person came in and caught me crying. She asked how Dwayne was. She said she cared for him in the other unit. She asked what she could do. An angel from God. She looked around the room and said nothing has been done for him today huh? I said no. Nobody came in but her. She helped me heat up food I brought him. I fed him. He slept.I cried because my nephew deserves better than this. He is 30.
Diabetes 1 took its toll on him. He needs great food to rehab but you serve crap for food. Just the truth.

Staff do their best but are overworked and dealing with pinnacle administrators who care more about making money off their patients than good patient care. Employees that are advocating for patient care are intimidated to the point they leave. Rehab department is run by inept administration with two year degree and she has driven employees out the door. They literally only have traveling therapists now as all other employees have been driven out the door through intimidation tactics. My advice...avoid putting your loved ones in this facility as long as pinnacle and current administration remain they truly do not care about their p as tents only the almighty dollar.
