The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
