Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I hated this place. I could not stand the administrator or her staff. The patients looked really unhappy.
