My sister has been a patient here for over a year and has been very unhappy with their care, I have had problems dealing with her nurse and the social worker. They have never kept me up to date on her care plan, and I'm not even sure they have one. I would not recommend them.

First the negatives If you are near the nurses station in the morning
on 2a/b you will hear profanity , in the morning. The food in this place is awful. The rooms on n2a/b have small bathrooms that are nearly imposible to enter in a wheelchair. This place has a high turn over rate
when it comes to social workers. Most stay for a short period of time and then leave. Then you get a new one and she leaves within a couple of months.. is Gina at frault? We do not know , she is the supervisor who could provide more support. or it seems.

On the positive Janet Perez is an outstanding occupational therapist.
She helps the disabled have the ability to have normal lives
Rosa is a fantastic person , who works the front desk'

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
