The cna's are lazy the hallway reeks of wet depends in garbages left in rooms and camodes not dumped because cna's to lazy to dump them.

I spent 1 afternoon, night, and 10:00 AM the next day at this facility. The whole time I was there I was sick to my stomach. The place smelled like rancid food that had seeped into the walls and furniture. Supper was a big laugh. Dried spaghetti, dried broccoli, and a stale piece of cake. I ate what I could without getting sick. I was to have help with transfers to the co-mode. Got the help part of the time. Rest of the time I got myself taken care of.

The worst time of the whole evening was when the night supervisor cam into my room, left the door open and proceeds measuring all of my bruising. He didn't even acknowledge that my daughter and Son-In-Law. They were kind of cornered in the room and wasn't sure what to do. As for me I was devastated over the fact that this person had no compassion for himself, me or my family. He even had a male help him. I was sitting there with all of my dignity for anyone to look and see the bruise's on my stomach and arms. He also took off my boot I had on to protest my broken leg. After pulling my foot, checking for bruises, he put my foot back in and did a sloppy job putting back on. Hours later I had a CNA re-do it right.

When I asked why it smelled so bad the person said you just get used to it. I don't see how. Plus when they know the Upper Staff is going to be there they use strong bleach on everything, which in turn adds to the other smells of the building and people.

Under these circumstances I feel I had the right to go home. I did not feel comfortable there at all and to hell with my dignity. That does not go over with me. I took care of people in my home, plus I worked in nursing home and never treated any way close the way I was treated in less then 24 hours. My family was also very upset and we are very close knit and protect each other. The above stars are against the Company.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
