I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I think they did not like me as i am black, and they made comments about my kind.
