rude nurses for the most part, acting like they were doing us a favor to answer questions about our very ill family member who was there; seemed to not bother to check in on our family member, too many beds for nurses, the assistant techs were better room was often dirty with bandages left on floor or under bed, tv went 3 days before fixed, loud ringing in hallways due to unresponsive nurses ignoring room calls for help, all they care about are medicare rules not the people there, was a nightmare. phone would just ring and ring when wed call trying to get health udates, if answered told call back and then theyd hang up on his.
