I WOULD NOT SHELTER MY DOG HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVENT A CLUE ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE !!! NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU A STRAIGHT ANSWER, ITS ALL BOUT MONEY !!! THIER STAFF IS RUDE AN VERY COLD. NONE OF MY FAMILY WILL EVER BE SENT THERE AGAIN.......NEVER !!!!!!!!!!! THE POOR PEOPLE ARE TREATED LIKE ANIMALS NOT HUMANS. NO DOUBT THE DELETE BUTTON WILL HIT THIS REVIEW BEFORE ITS MADE PUBLIC BUT JUST REMEMBER ...............YOUR LOVED ONES WILL HIT A PLACE LIKE THIS SOMEDAY. DONT JUST TAKE THIS AS A UNHAPPY FAMILY MEMBER....GO SPEND A 3 DAY STAY AN SEE FOR YOURSELF. ( THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE THEN SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS ). VERY BAD PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD SUGGEST YOU SEND YOUR STAFF TO " SHAWNEE MISSION MEDICAL CENTER " FOR SOME GOOD TRAINING IN HOW TO HANDLE A PLACE OF BUSINESS LIKE THIS ONE. OH YEA......THE BIRDS IN THE LOBBY RECIEVED MORE ATTENTION THAN THE PEOPLE.......IM SURE THE INSURANCE COMPANYS WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOME OF THIS..............I SEE UNDER THE EMAIL THAT THE REVIEV MIGHT BE DELETED FROM WELLNESSS.COM IN CASE OF A DISPUTE.....SURPRISE SURPRISE !!!!!
