Horrible!!! My grandmother was neglected. My mom paid staff under the table to take care of her but unfortunately she was still neglected. She drowned in her fluids. She was supposed to get suctioned. EMT said she drowned. She was on the throat tube and couldnt do for herself. The staff were super lazy. We should have gotten a lawyer. Now, grandma Ma is dead and gone. I have hard angry in my heart.. Almost hate.. She died 4/16/14. Don't put your family member here.
I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The office was easy enough to find.
