I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. The only time they returned my call was to reclaim my deceased brothers equipment that they never checked on when he was staying there. If they had, he might still be alive today. The roommate unplugged his life support. They allowed him to go outside to smoke with friends when he had just been brought in by ambulance to recuperate from pneumonia. Where he ended up in the ICU just hours later. This was repeated 2 more times. He was found dead by my sister where she found that the equipment wasn't even running properly. Hindsight says he was gone for sometime and the nursing staff hadn't checked on him in awhile. The place is disgusting. Not much choice when you are a patient on medicare and this makes me really sad. Horrible place to go die.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
