Do NOT send your loved one to this facility! It is dangerously poorly staffed. The patient acuity is too high and demands on nursing staff are too high to provide quality care for your loved one. The nurses and about a handful of CNAS are incredible, however, demands on staff from upper management are too high. Management does not care about your loved one or their staff. Management would be quicker to provide your family member with an English muffin from the local grocery store than provide quality care. Smoke in mirrors! This facility will blind you with "kindness" while lacking to provide essential life-sustaining needs.
