My mother has been a resident hear for almost two years. It was a blessing that we found a facility as wonderful as Pacific Haven. I am there on a regular basis and my experience has been nothing but positive. I have peace of mind when I am not there. They have a full staff of caring, compassionate and attentive People. They take time to listen and respond at the drop of a hat to any requests, questions or concerns I may have on my mothers behalf. The facility is always being kept and smells clean. They provide a variety of activities and physical therapy according to the abilites of the resident. Throughout the day, at given times, they play music over the speaker. They call this time "Happy Feet" to encourage social interaction among the residents. They CNA's even take time to, not just comb her hair, but to add a personal touch with a clip on flower or a cute braid. I was so touched by that.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
