I'm very comfortable leaving my loved one here. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and very qualified. My loved one's individuality is always respected. The staff understands how important it is to respect residents' tastes and interests. The staff makes an effort to call me and let me know how my loved one is doing. It's great never having to wonder what's going on. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I really appreciate, is that the nurses are able to spend enough time with the residents. I've seen some places that were so understaffed that the residents never got help, but not here.
