Excellent care is given to my mother in law. She required more care than I could safely give her at home. She has been there about 15 months and I wouldn't have her any other place.

They are mean to staff, the D.O.N. treats families like they are stupid. The E.D. brags about how she can slap residents with her words and they don't even realize it. AB unit manager sits and brags to the nurses at her station how she is going to get nurses fired because she doesn't like them. It is sad to hear that when I go to visit my mom.
