I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service somewhere else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.,Supposedly there's no phones in the rooms,why they can't afford them,it's a nursing home where you would expect to be able to call and talk to a loved one who is able to talk and communicate.If this isn't their protocol I apologize,if this is a distant relative's doings she's gonna be rotting in hell when her time comes.
