They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They treated my mother with dignity and gave her purpose till her death. She was afraid of going to the nursing home at first, but they made her feel so welcome and at home, she soon preferred to be there than anywhere else. She told me that it was the best place for her and she was quite happy there. There were so many activities that she was booked solid most days with plenty to do. Boredom for mom was never a problem
