The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
