THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING, DIRTEST, NASTIEST NURSING HOMES THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THE WORKERS AND STAFF ARE THE SORRIEST RUDESS PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! WHEN YOU ASK THEM A QUESTION THAT IS IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEBODY THE HALLS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY BUT AROUND THE NURSES DESK ARE USUALLY 2 0R 3 PEOPLE GOSSIPING AND LAUGHING... THEY ARE SO RUDE AND SHORT WITH THEIR ANSWERS AND THE LIES THEY TELL ITS UNBELIEVABLE!!!! THEY LET THE PERSON I KNOW SIT IN THEIR OWN URINE AND FECIES ALL DAY AND MAKE THEM WAIT HOURS BEFORE THEY GIVE THEM ANY MEDS ITS A JOKE AND THE BATHROOM AND TOILET LOOKS LIKE IT HASNT BEEN CLEAN SINCE THE BUILDING WAS BUILT ALONG WITH THE DIRT AND GRIME ON THE FLOORS AND ALONG THE BASE BOARDS IT IS TRULY DISGUSTING THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!!!! WHEN IT IS TIME FOR THE VISITORS TO LEAVE YOU HAVE TO FIND A STAFF MEMBER TO LET YOU OUT AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM, THEY JUST STARE AT YOU LIKE HOW DARE YOU DISTURB THEM AS THEY SLOWLY WALK TO THE DOOR TO LET YOU OUT.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
