Recent Reviews
Physicians were very competent and attentive. Food was nutritious but extremely unpalatable. The aides were careless, indifferent, and lazy --- usually out in the back on cigarette breaks. The physical plant was clean --- in fact the housekeeping personnel were much more attentive than the nurses and nurses aides. I would never place a relative there again.

The nursing staff at this skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center was not forthcoming with information and, moreover, was not at all interested in my concerns. Few of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt no better off when I left than when I arrived. The staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Overall, the aides were lazy careless, and indifferent. I would never allow myself to be admitted to Pendleton again.

The major asset in this facility was their physicians, who were knowledgeable and conscientious. Also noteworthy was the overall cleanliness of the facility.

This nursing facility was very easy to locate.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
