This place is awful. My son is here but I am doing everything I can to get him out. The care is terrible, staff is rude to the patients, food is not edible. I have to bring food in to him everyday. They lose his clothes in the laundry every week. They are not giving him any therapy. You have to beg and grovel for everything. They don't change his sheets or make his bed. It is killing me to have him there. Please do not put your loved ones in this facility. Can't leave my name or email because they will
definitely retaliate against my son. Wish I could. You will hear from me as soon as I get him out!!

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
