They Have ONE Toilet for Three Patients in Shared Room, No Toilet Seat Paper Covers. Floor Very Dirty. Patients in Wheelchairs 24/7. Nurses Leave Patients on Toilets Unattended and Run Around. Wheel Chair Brakes Sometimes NOT Applied During Transfer of Patients. WAIT for Everything from Call Button, to Meds, to Emergency Care and Notifying Doctors. Protocol is to NOT Call Family Until FOUR HOURS AFTER AN "INCIDENT" and Never Call Paramedics Until Threatened by Family. Don't Tell You About Their "Statements", Their "Contracts". Patients Aren't Told That "Sleep Aide" Given Them After Dinner is VICODIN!!!
